In order to price competitively, the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) cannot afford to  use top-of-the-line golf shafts.  Usually, they offer quite the opposite.

I remove those OEM shafts and put them where they belong---the recycle bin---and replace them with top quality properly fitted shafts.

The shafts that are used in my engineered process are the True Temper Tour Concept and their 80 gram M-80 shafts for the irons. 

Mitsubishi Rayon provides graphite shafts for (Diamana and 43 gram Basarra) shafts for the woods. Mitsubishi Rayon has just introduced a graphite shaft for the irons and the fairway woods. These shafts are not sold in the USA.
